Ingredients

  • 6-8 lb. bone-in ham cut into large chunks
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tbsp. black peppercorns

Instructions

  • Cut ham meat off the bone into large chunks. Save the bone for another recipe (like baby lima beans or soup).
  • Place the ham chunks and remaining ingredients in the Instant Pot and cook for 5 minutes at high pressure.
  • After cooking is complete, allow pressure to release naturally.
  • Remove and thickly slice the meat,
  • Return the ham to the broth until ready to serve.
